Orion.up is an engineering-led agency focused on three things — ERP implementation, custom web development, and data analysis. We work with operations teams that have outgrown their spreadsheets, their disconnected SaaS, or their last ERP, and we put a single operating spine under finance, inventory, and decision-making.
Most of our engagements start the same way. A finance team is closing the books in 14 days instead of 2. A warehouse and a CRM are quietly disagreeing about how much inventory exists. A founder wants a dashboard that doesn't require someone to rebuild it in Excel every Monday. The fixes are technical, but the work is operational — and that's where most agencies stop being useful.
We do all three services because the problems are the same problem. An ERP rollout with no data layer behind it is half-done. A custom web platform with no thinking about the operations it surfaces is just a marketing site. A data engagement with no view into the underlying systems is a slide deck. We'd rather see the whole stack and build it as one thing.
Engagements typically run 8–14 weeks. We staff them small — usually a lead engineer and a domain specialist — and we stay in the room for two months after go-live, because the edge cases that matter only show up under real load. The result is measured in close-time, conversion lift, and decision speed. Not pages or screens.
The contract changes. The clients change. These don't.
We de-risk by moving in slices. One domain migrates while the rest keeps running on the legacy system, with reconciliation between them. The first month-end close on the new stack is supposed to be boring.
Most ERP failures aren't software failures. They're a vendor's demo company being installed on top of a real operations team. We map the way you actually want to operate first, and configure to that — not the other way around.
Close-time. Conversion. Decision speed. Audit-ready numbers. Engagements are scoped against the metric that has to move, and we don't sign off until it does — for at least one full cycle of whatever the cadence is.
Every engagement includes two months of post-launch presence. The edge cases that matter — quarter-end load, an integration that times out under volume, the report nobody asked for until they needed it — only show up under real conditions.
